Newlands Forest Hike

Step beneath towering trees and explore one of Cape Town's most enchanting forests. This gentle walk offers cool mountain streams, birdsong, and a chance to experience a quieter, greener side of the peninsula.

Luca is a Cape Town-based mountain guide, business owner, violinist, and passionate explorer of South Africa's wild places. Having spent decades hiking around Table Mountain, South Africa, and abroad, she has developed a deep appreciation for the landscapes, wildlife, and fynbos that make this region so unique. A registered mountain guide with Wilderness First Aid training, her guiding style is calm, considerate, and attentive, helping guests feel at home while exploring the Cape's remarkable landscapes.
